Summer Window Art Trail

Launching Thursday July 27

Extraordinary stories begin with feeling safe

Waltham Forest Council invites to you to discover our “Summer Window Art Trail” right here on Chingford Mount high street.

We’re offering residents a free, fun and exciting summer activity for all the family as you’ll be able to explore Chingford Mount town centre to find 18 pieces of window artwork hand-painted onto local shop windows.

Each window artwork has been designed using the unique character of the local shop window they’re painted on and, following themes of safety and unity, features a local resident story that you’ll be able to read more about by locating the poster next to each art piece.

For parents and children- There’s also a puzzle to solve on every window.. so can YOU find and solve all 18?

Get started today!

Ask for a “Summer Window Art Trail Map” from any of the participating local shops with their window painted.

(or download one here)

These include:

Chingford ice creams | E4 eyes opticians | Candy floss creperie | The Mount pub | ECT computer repair |La Rocca coffeeshop | Jerkspice | Canser research | 1note2notes music academy | Lydia turkish restaurant | Harold White funeral directors | Chingford Mount funeral directors | South Chingford community library | Juice shop | The London florist | Sha salon | Fish and chicken | Funkydogs
